"Perfect for patio decorations, for food/drink at a party, and then plenty of storage for pillows and other items to put away. So glad it came in the Select Natural to match our other furniture. Heads up: It is larger and heavier than you realize. We did Freight regular shipping, but probably should have done VIP shipping/delivery with other furniture."

Unfortunately it slams shut. It

"Unfortunately it slams shut. It is a very heavy top, and while the arms will hold it upright, and ease it down in the middle, once it is within a few inches of the bottom it slams shut hard and loud. There isn’t much overhang for your fingers, so you worry about them getting pinched. It feels unsafe."

"I love them! They are great storage they come already assembled. There is no exposed screws and they are heavy! I would recommend these to everybody and anybody. If you’re on the fence about these, just buy them."

Super Solid!

"Wow, this piece arrived fully assembled. It is very heavy and solid. While I suspect it would be discouraged in the owner's manual, I think it could easily be a seating area for a few small adults. The soft-close lid closes gently, but does take a a bit of oomph to raise it. I doubt any critters will be getting into it, although there's small bit of clearance underneath the whole piece beneath the small block legs. The black matches perfectly with the "Edge" Polywood dining set also on our deck. Great Piece!"

Beautiful but heavy!

"This is a beautiful piece of furniture and I couldn't be happier with it. It fits nicely into the space I made for it, and it adds a ton of outdoor storage to my patio. The one surprise (or else I missed it in the description) is that it arrived already assembled. We had to rent an appliance dolly to move it. I suggest signing up for the white glove delivery or else being prepared to move a very heavy object."

"Very solid and heavy making it very stable; looks like wood from 6ft away. Only issue is the inside bottom has open vents so not totally bug proof. Lid is very solid and heavy but easy to open. I would highly recommend buying this"

Nice deck box

"Delivered on time and as expected. It is very heavy and took several people to move to deck. Very well made and like the soft close top. I’m a bit disappointed that it did not easily fit all my cushions for my deep seating set (5 seat cushions and 5 back cushions). I thought I figured correctly from the measurements but guess not. We somehow got them in but worried about the back cushions getting smashed. Hope I can re-fluff them. Was hoping to put my seat cushions from my table set as well but those won’t fit. We may end up taking cushions in at night."

Do the lounger cushions fit in this storage laying flat? I’m measuring them at 22.5” wide, which is close to the width.

The EDGE 6-Piece Modular Deep Seating Set includes six seat cushions and seven back cushions. Do you have a picture of the bottom of the console with storage? I am curious to see the hole size for drainage as we live in the country surrounded by woods and I want a storage when a snake will not be able to find its way inside from the bottom.
Hi Laura, Thank you for reaching out! We don't currently have photos showing the bottom of the 68" Console table, but we can provide some details. The storage area includes drainage cutouts with the following layout: 6 each along each of the 68" sides, 2 on each of the 23" sides, and 3 in the center of the bottom. Each cutout measures 4"x 0.35" and serves for drainage, ventilation, and to meet ASTM safety standards for entrapment prevention. While the slats are quite narrow at 0.35", we can't guarantee that smaller creatures couldn't find their way inside. Thanks, Lana
