We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We are going into our third year owning our polywood set. The furniture is 5 stars, the cushions however are horrid. This furniture is kept covered and the cushion covers are getting holes. This is not normal wear and tear. After spending thousands of dollars I would have expected not to replace the cushions this soon, and honestly I can't afford to already replace them."

"We love the furniture, but are far from satisfied with the cushions. We having had them for about 2 years and have kept them covered with harsh weather and cared for properly. One cushion cover just started falling apart. The fabric just all of a sudden had multiple holes that appeared within a week. Customers service said we were out of warranty and pointed us in the direction of paying for a new cushion set. This is disappointing since we paid a substantial amount for the sofa itself for the purpose of having good quality that lasted. I have had much lower quality furniture and have never seen the “weather resistant” fabric just fall apart."

"I love all of my Polywood products -- and I have 6 -- but I will never forgive this brand for its terrible customer service. The details of what it took to exchange the cushions I had ordered for my loveseat are too long and boring to recount. But it took many calls, emails and, ultimately, weeks to make a simple exchange. And to do so I had to pay for the replacement cushions, then wait weeks for a refund for the ones I needed to replace and had returned. Ultimately a nice young man in customer service took pity on me. Nevertheless, it was weeks until the entire issue (such a simple one!) was resolved. The furniture looks great and I love that this company is environmentally centered -- but I have had better customer service for cheap little products than what was provided for this costly purchase. I want to buy one more piece to complete my set, but I am hesitating. Maybe by next year the frustration caused by this transaction will have faded and I will invest in that last piece. But: Do better, Polywood!"
