We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Great quality, easy to assemble. The only commit is the confirmation email indicated the delivery company may contact me to arrange delivery, however, I never heard from them. After tracking the shipment from the delivery company, their website indicated I needed to contact them to schedule delivery (the total furniture order was a full pallet), rather than they contacting me as indicated in the email from POLYWOOD. Not withstanding this minor friction, I would definitely recommend the product."

"The set is lovely, sturdy and well made. Chairs were already put together and the table required only a few screws, easy to put together. Only drawback is Polywood shipping policy. Yes, shipping is free, but they only promise “curbside delivery”. When I tried to get clarification so that it could at least be left on our property or at least ring the doorbell so we could get it,(things at the curb in our neighborhood are often trash or up for grabs), I was told this would need to be arranged with the shipping company. Further, we were told the shipping company would require our signature for this $2500. 00 purchase and we even received instructions from Polywood on how to count the boxes and be careful to note any damage to boxes as it would be difficult to make claims if something happened. The shipping company did send an email saying day of delivery, but never spoke with us, delivered the boxes on our property ( thankfully) but never even rang our doorbell. We never signed anything. Didn’t even realize they had left the shipment, called them to find out where it was when a neighbor told me they saw it. The shipping company said they had instructions to just leave it, which was the complete opposite of what we requested and conflicts with Polywood instructions."
