Looks good, but construction integrity. . . . ????

"Looks fantastic! Comfortable to sit in. Folding makes it easy to relocate chairs if needed. Giving it two stars because of the design/build quality. Specifically I had all 6 chairs recently replaced under warranty (thank you PW for honoring the warranty). Why? It was either one of two issues or a combination of both. The plastic forward legs all developed cracks and one to the extent it collapsed on me. I attribute this to poor design (the pivot point where the forward leg meets the seat frame is very close to the edge instead of in the middle of the plastic leg). Had PW designed it with more "meat" where the pivot joint meets its less likely the stress fractures would occur. Or, this can be attributed to a bad batch of plastic? Or, both. So, the new chairs arrived with the exact same design. I guess we'll wait another 20 months and see what happens. No, I'm not overweight and the chairs were not abused in any manner. In speaking with a friend who purchased PW furniture, he had a similar experience."

Love my folding polywood!

"I own several Polywood collections and couldn’t be more pleased. My most recent addition of the folding Coastal chairs at the outdoor dining table was based on convenience and comfort. I didn’t want an unwieldy heavy chair which don’t collapse. I need to be able to reposition the dining set in event of a hurricane. I can easily handle the weight and dimension of the set without assistance. Also love the breathability of the mesh seats and backs - they don’t stick to skin on a sweltering Florida day. The mesh also allows for the breeze to pass through and keep my guests cool. Across their Polywood lines, I love how they tolerate the weather. The"

I really want to love

"I really want to love this product but my deep concern is durability two years ago I purchased two chairs and within a year both of them have to be replaced for Failing structural pieces. Of the replacement chairs from last year one has already failed and had to be replaced I don't understand why there isn't some sort of design consideration or something to make these more durable especially for what they cost"

Does the coastal folding table work with studio parsons table? We were thing of a 48” bench and then 4 arm chairs

The table height is 30.25", and the chair seat height is 17.5", which falls within a comfortable range for standard dining. The arm height on the chairs is 25.5", so they should fit comfortably under the table as well. Hello, we own 10 slate grey sling chairs for our home in Avalon New Jersey. They are 5-6 years old and every chair is coming apart where the fabric is sewn in both the seat and back rest. What do we do ?

how does the fabric hold up around a salt water pool?
