Easy installation! Beautiful!

"After HOURS of research and reading ALL the reviews I decided polywood was for me. As we live in a condo in NH and would not have storage. I was hesitant to purchase as there were a lot of reviews about being difficult to assemble and having freight dropped off in the street. The freight was dropped off INSIDE our garage. There were a lot of boxes and two pallets (will require a trip to the dump). Assembly was a breeze. They give you all the tools you need. As far as the holes not lining up in many reviews, it is simple. You get one hole to match up and tighten it lightly. Then you do another hole. It might be a bit off, but all you need is for the screw to catch. And slowly go around to each screw and tighten a little at a time; it takes a little elbow grease. I ordered black with dune burlap as I like the look of light colored cushions. I immediately regretted this when I sat down for the first time and put my bare (wet) feet on the ottoman. The tiny bit of “dirty” water on my feet stained the brand new cushions. I HIGHLY reccomend getting a dark color for peace of mind. The cushions are removable BUT there are no tie downs to secure it to the furniture. I hope this review helps someone like the others helped me. Thank you polywood!"

freaking awful

"the furniture is warped . the pre drilled holes do not line up. on piece inside dimension at the floor is a full inch narrower that at the arm . another piece arrived with the back rest upside down . i’ve never seen such a mess"

Top Quality materials, Simple clear assembly, and Prompt service

"We thought the furniture was nice based on the description, but we didn't realize how nice it was until we saw it in person. The materials are highest quality and lifetime pieces. But what was even better was the assembly instruction and the engineering of the assembly sequence/parts. Everything fits as it should and is quite simple on the customer. It is the opposite of what some big name stores do to their customers with furniture--you know the one--I**A--where you have 1,000 parts and a complex process to do all the assembly labor that shopuld have already been paid for. Plus we had an issue on a couple pieces--they had someone out the next day to pick them up. Amazing. Well done Polywood! We will shop for more on our other deck soon!"

If we’re looking for an approx. 55-60” width loveseat, would it make sense to just but the right and left sides of this set and skip the armless middle section?

Is there something to connect the cushion to the base so the cushion won’t slide out u def the arm rest? My cushion slides out of the opening.
Hello Carlos, We do not have ties on our Deep Seating cushions, so that they can be flipped from time to time, to help with wear. Typically, these are meant to be used to create a set, and would be up against another piece, which would help the cushions stay in place. You can use rug gripper pads, as that may help, but there is also a small lip on the frame. Thanks, Mindy
The Edge Modular Right/Left chairs say the seat height is 17.86" but the armless chair says it's only 17'. I assume they're actually the same, correct? I'd like to buy the sectional but add a dining table and I'm hoping at 17.86", that works to sit on the sectional to eat at the table.

Are the seat cushion covers washable?

What is the thickness of the cushions?
Hi Rene, The seat cushion is about 4.5" thick and the back cushion is about 8", but the filling is more pillow like than the seat cushion. Thanks so much for asking your great question! Candace
Are there connectors to link the modular seating so that they do not separate when lounging?
Hi Rene, Thanks for reaching out! Yes, there are U shaped clips that will attach to the frames under the cushions and will be included with your shipment. There are slight notches on each section and the clips just slide in to hold the different pieces together. All the best, Candace
