We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I LOVE this furniture! I have a sectional and the dining room set. Its modern design is just what I was looking for and the ability to leave it outdoors during all weather conditions has been great. It is super sturdy and will definitely last for years and years! The base cushions are thick and comfortable. I found an extra large deck box that allows me to store all of the cushions when rain or snow is expected. The ottoman cushion has ties to help it stay on but the ties are a bit short and a pain to use. We have composite decking and the heavy chairs have scratched the decking as we scoot in towards the table. I discovered some Berber feet which I’ll try to prevent more scratches. Hopefully this review will help to prevent scratches with other new buyers. A few of the screw hole covers on my dining room chairs wont stay inserted."

"I had several assembly defects and it could have been prevented if you guys had put a simple manufacturing QC process to monitor what goes out the door. Here is my list of issues and suggestions: 1) Every assembly person(s) name or identification number should be placed inside every box to encourage pride of workmanship. 2) After, I discovered the issues with multiple pieces there was no live person talk to and your chat bot was useless. 3) After I sent in the issue via your email/web system, it took a week to get a response. (Not ideal when you have purchased over $4000 dollars worth of plastic furniture). 4) I was able to resolve myself after multiple trips to Home Depot to source tools/hardware. Until I receive a phone call and have a discussion with your CEO/founder, I cannot recommend this product/experience. I like the material but the overall experience was terrible for price paid and all could be prevented with a proper QC process and also a modern ticketing process where folks are contacted within half a day or so by a real person that is empowered to take care of your customers. "I absolutely LOVE this furniture! The quality and materials are solid, the styling is not only well engineered, but is pleasing to the eyes. However, unfortunately after 10 months the right arm chair snapped, the Polyethylene itself. I'm quite certain that this is a freak of nature because they are tested at 350 pounds of weight support. I am over 100 pounds south of 350. I have four pieces, a club, two arms and an armless chair. Heading out to the dealer for assistance, wish me luck. I did mention that I love this furniture did I not? We will see about this 20 year warranty. I would buy it again."
