We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We love the new loveseat but have to admit it was a bit tricky to assemble. The recycled wood slides so easily it was hard to keep the parts stable during assembly. Getting some of the screws in were tricky because of the placement of holes making it tight for the tools."
"While the loveseat is beautiful, the base was very poorly manufactured with so many of the holes not lining up for the screws. I ended up having to take apart the front and back slats which came already put together and realign so that I could screw in the additional parts."
"We are pleased with the quality. It is sturdy and relatively easy to assemble. A couple of the predrilled holes were a bit small for the screws so we had to force them. A long screw was missing but customer service was helpful and sent another 2. We bought it as it was advertised as deep seating. The back cushions were way too stuffed and made for uncomfortable seating. I can sew so I opened the 2 cushions up and removed a lot of the stuffing. Much better now. The box that the frame was delivered in was a shambles. The frame was exposed and luckily the bags that held the screws were still in the box."

"It looks absolutely darling! However, it's been very disappointing that the cushions cannot be outside in the weather even under a covered porch. The logistics of bringing them in every time it rains has been an absolute nightmare. Also, since we have the red and white plaid, the white I can already tell is going to be hard to keep clean because of the material. I don't know if the cushions are going to be practical and stay very clean in the rain, dust, critters, etc. These are probably better for mild climates and not Northern Indiana. Also, the chair and the sofa are useless without the cushions. We should have chosen a design that didn't require to have the cushions on at all times."
"Very please with the build quality of this item. The cushion fabrics is durable. Only issue is the arms of the love seat are particularly low (waist level), not high enough to rest your arms while sitting."
