Hello Jeff, that is a great question. These particular chairs have not undergone extensive load testing so we do not have an exact load limit for these as of yet. So two chairs come with arm rests and two do not? And you can get chairs in non-traditional colors but the table needs to be traditional color?

Hello! So this set comes with two arm chairs and two side chairs, but you can get any combination of counter-height chairs that you like. You'd just need to purchase them separately. We put sets together to show our customers what a complete set could look like and to save them a few steps if they don't feel like looking for the individual pieces. And as of now the Round 48" Counter Table is not offered in our vibrant colors, but the chairs are. If you wanted a different color combination than what's offered in the set, you'd again just need to purchase the pieces individually. Thanks for reaching out! Cait

Is this table bar height??

Hi Toni, This specific set is in the counter height. It is elevated more than the dining height, but isn't as tall as the bar height we have available. Is this table large enough to add an additional chair? And if so, I do believe you sell counter height chairs singly as well?

Hello Rachel, We suggest four chairs around the 48" round table, but you can fit another chair around this table if you would like. It all depends upon how closely you would like to sit to your neighbor. We do have the chairs in this set available individually for purchase. I will attach them below for you to view.
