I had 3 foot rests

"I had 3 foot rests and 6 braces on my chairs that were cracked. Polywood honored my warranty claim……fantastic! Customer focus to my needs was awesome. The feedback for polywood is that your warranty service can be improved and your profit relative to overkill on my simple request I needed 3 foot rests and 6 bottom braces (supported by photos) Initially I received 3 footrests (great), and a full new chair. However on the new chair 2 bottom braces were missing. I also received 3 seat sections for my chairs that I did not request So I took the new chair (thanks) and used some older but non cracked bottom braces…. . I now have a chair with no flaws. But then I needed 8 bottom braces to replace the cracked original parts. I returned the old parts plus the 3 new seats. The original response did not meet my requirements. After follow up calls the warranty service was awesome; however, on the next batch of follow up parts I received 6 side/armrest sections and 12 bottom braces. Way overkill My chairs ares are fixed……great. And I recycled the original batch of old/cracked parts ‘ My main message is warranty service is super but your company’s response to claims/parts requests seems either overkill or almost random. You can save $ by tightening up your warranty process. Your agents are professional and customer focused but the follow-up/remedy is costly to your company because many unneeded parts were shipped"

The La Casa Café Chairs have more of a contour in the seat while the Lakeside seating has more of a flat seat.
