We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I have no complaints about the actual set. The build quality seems to be very good. Both the chair and loveseat are comfortable. My complaints have to do with order processing and delivery. The expected delivery window was off by over a week, arriving after my requirements. Customer service reps offered little explanation or help other than it being "busy season" for Polywood. White glove delivery partner was even more frustrating. It was only after demanding the local dispatch number that I was able to get delivery window conflicts corrected."

"Love the set. Matches our dining set so we already knew we love polywood. We are extremely pleased with the plush yet supportive cushions that come with the set- that was a great surprise how comfortable they are. I've taken two naps on the chaise lounger already laying sideways. Very comfortable. Assembly was a joke. The quality control has gone downhill a lot with the factory preparation. Felt like I was assembling IKEA furniture. One hole would NOT allow a screw in it and after many attempts we found that there was a screw already deep down in the hole for some reason. We had to disassemble the armrest to remove the screw from inside the hole. Then one hole wasn't drilled all the way through and it took a lot of work to get the screw all the way down since we don't have drill bits. You want a power drill to screw them in- by hand it is laborious and difficult. Another hole was positioned slightly off and we had to push things around and hold to get the screw to fit. It took 3 hours because of how poorly the pieces were prepped for assembly. It was a huge bummer as it should be a very quick and straight forward assembly with very few screws. If I didn't love the final product so much I would never buy polywood just based on the difficulty of assembly. But I DO love polywood finished products because of the design, comfort, and longevity."
"We have many pieces of Polywood furniture. We bought 4 andironack chairs several years ago along with matching white side tables and they still look like new. We recently purchased this 3 piece set to complete our patio. We are enjoying it and are hopeful that it will hold up as well and as long as our other pieces. Right now we are 100%satisfied with the set BUT we are not happy with the white glove delivery. The $300. 00 plus charge was totally too high. We would NEVER EVER do this again. The price was outrageous for the service. The delivery people were not at all affliliated with Polywood. They were just random delivery people who had to read the directions to put it together. It was outrageous that we were charged $300 + for this. Totally disappointing. We will not be ordering from Polywood again. Instead, if we want additional pieces, we will look for an actual local store who has the pieces already constructed and will not charge $329. 00 for this “ white glove service. Polywood needs to do better for their loyal customers!!"
