We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"The mahogany color is beautiful! The furniture is very sturdy and the perfect size for our space. I put it together alone — Chairs and bench were easy to put together but the table was a little tough (docked 1 star). Two of the legs went in easily and other two were very stubborn but I eventually got it!"
"Where some of your service people have been helpful, I am disappointed that 2 months later I still do not have all of my pieces and replacement for a defective pillow. Putting the pieces together myself was hard enough due to the weight, but to have both the main table and the coffee table have a set of holes that were not predrilled or were off on one side requiring me to drill new holes was not good. fortunately, they are solid and level once I redid the preconstruction myself. One leg does not lay flush against the bottom of the table due to me having to make it level with the other predrilled holes, but it is a minor defect I guess I will live with. For the price you pay it should all be constructed before delivery even if it does take up more space in a truck rather than putting your customers through this level of work because of bad manufacturing. I Spent $4000 total and would have hoped for an easier process which took me two days of labor to complete. Looks great and will last forever, but the process and follow-up required made me hate your company. Would have given 1 star if not for a few service agents that finally followed through for me. Still waiting on a sofa seat and back cushion and a replacement seat cushion for the defective one. The CEO has some work to do internally it seems. I would be happy to talk to him/her to advise where the company can improve."
"Hello, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the order I received. As outlined below, 3 out of 4 chairs are with missing as well as exposed screws and misaligned, inoperable joint spaces - none of the 3 chairs are usable. The bench is also unusable as one of the legs has incorrectly drilled holes which not only do not align, but also have screws passing through each other. In addition, one of the pilot drill holes has caused exterior damage (cracking), which likely compromises its integrity. Lastly, the “Polywood,” plate is detached from all items. As part of this order we also noted damage to the coffee table (submitted under a different “ticket,” as I assembled that portion first). As a young family, this is the most expensive furniture purchase we've made, and we were initially impressed by the reviews and reported quality of Polywood products. To receive products in such condition is a great disapointment, and I hope that you are able to rapidly correct them. Please arrange for a replacement of the products below. "I was disappointed in the set I received. It arrived on a large crate and the delivery driver was told to leave it curbside. Fortunately, he was kind enough to cart it into my garage and take away the broken crate so I wouldn’t have to dispose of it myself. When we started to assemble, two of the chairs had faulty pieces so I had to call Polywood and ask for them to send replacement parts. The customer service person was very kind and helpful. When the pieces arrived (they did arrive quickly, to Polywood’s credit), we noticed that a screw was missing from another part. I had to find a screw that fit from what I already had at home (Polywood didn’t provide extras) and drill it in. All in all, I felt assembly was difficult and that the pieces had not gone through adequate quality control. I’m unlikely to order from Polywood again."
