I love your polywood tables but I can’t find a size that fits my deck. I need a table that is approximately 60” L x 36” W x 30” H. I see a lot of tables that are 72” L but that is too big for my deck. Do you have any that are 60” L (5 ft)? Can you make a custom size table? It looks like the sides of the table angle down a bit. Does a plate lay flat on the edge of the table or is there, in fact, a downward angle?

Does the surface of the table get hot when exposed to direct sunlight?

Hello Kat, Thank you for your interest in our Nautical 38" by 73" Dining Table. With our products, it is known that darker colors can retain heat when left out in the sun. We do recommend before using to test the furniture by lightly touching it with the back of your hand to make sure it is not too hot for use. Thanks -Jason

I have the 64" nautical bench. Which table would be the best? I want to make sure the arms of the bench go under and thr proportion between the table and bench look good. Thanks.

Hi Pat, That is an excellent question! Any of our dining height tables would be proportionate to the Nautical 60" Bench and would allow enough room for the arms to fit under the table comfortably. When considering the size of the bench, the Nautical Trestle 38" x 73" Dining Table would be a great option to pair with this particular bench, as well as any of our 38" x 73" or 37" x 72" size dining tables. What is the distance from the bottom of the table lip to the ground - in other words, how much clearance does a chair with arms have to slide under the table?

What is the measurement from the bottom of the trestle to the floor? I have an umbrella base and want to make sure the tube that holds the umbrella will fit under the trestle. It is about 13.5” tall. Thanks!

I want to get chairs with arms. How far can I push them in under the table?

Does this table have levelers on the bottom of the legs? I would be using it on a paver patio and levelers would be useful.

Hello! That is a great question! Unfortunately, our tables do not arrive with levelers to attach to the bottom of the furniture. However, we would suggest that you could use adhesive pads that can be found at any big box hardware store to stick to the bottom of our furniture to raise it a little if needs be. I would like to have 3 chairs on each side of the Nautical Trestle 38" x 73" Dining Table. Do you have any recommendations on which style of chair would work best?

Hi Kathleen, Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend a side chair (armless) to keep it from feeling too crowded around the table. Most of these are less than 20" wide, so three would take up less than 60" on the long sides of the table. That will leave more room to spread the chairs out than the arm chairs would.
