We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Durable but assemble wasn’t perfect"
"I don't have it yet. Communication with delivery company is very bad. Waited all day for delivery last week & called twice on they day there were supposed to come. They never came or called me to say they canceled the delivery late in the afternoon. It was rescheduled with a text a few days ago. I am supposed to have the delivery tomorrow. No call, email or text to give me a time frame for delivery. I am sure I will have to make several calls to them tomorrow to see if & where I am in the delivery schedule."

"My new end table is just the right size and quality. It complements my Polywood loveseat, chairs, and ottomans. It was challenging to assemble, four of the eight bolts went in smoothly, but the other four would not tighten. I had to purchase similar bolts with a pointed end to finish assembly."

Love them all! We find it is best to have two people assemble the furniture; one holds everything steady and straight, while the other screws the pieces together."
"While we love this side table and it was super easy to put together, it had a bit of a wobble and even rebuilding didn’t fix it. But overall we are so happy with all the Polywood pieces we purchased, I would still recommend this table! It’s solid and works perfectly with our swivel chairs, and a felt chair level set everything to right!"

"The predrilled holes for this table are not deep enough. Some may be, but most aren’t. It causes the screws to strip and the table not usable. At twice the price of most other tables this is a bit ridiculous to have issues like this."
