Q&A

Do these have velcro or a way to attach to chairs so they won't blow away outside on a beach?

Hello Susan, Great question! The Outdoor Lumbar Pillow does not have Velcro or built-in ties for attachment. If you're using them in windy conditions like on a beach, we’d recommend storing them when not in use. Thanks for asking! Best, Emma

do these have a zipper to take off the cover and clean?

Hi Andrea, Great question! All POLYWOOD cushions and pillows are sewn shut and do not include zippers, as the covers are not designed to be removable. However, we do offer helpful cushion cleaning and care instructions, which you can find through our Help Center (https://help.polywood.com/hc/en-us). I hope this helps! Best, Hannah

Is the Crimson fabric more red or orange?

Hi Lisa, That's a great question! Our Crimson pillow cushion cover is actually more of a red shade. We recommend that customers order samples before making a purchase to ensure they have an accurate idea of the colors and textures. You can request samples under the "Get Inspired" tab at the top of our homepage. Thanks! Lana

Are the pillow covers removable so we can buy different cover designs for different seasons?

Hi Katie, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, our pillow covers are not made to be removable. Thanks, Lana

Any chance you’re going to offer pillows with a black/white stripe? Or black/white plaid?

Hello Laurie, I apologize, at this time we do not have any black and white fabric patterns. I can pass your interest along to the design teams for their consideration. Thanks, Mindy

What size pillow would work best for the back of the chair, not the head nor the seat, but straight back. 18x18, 20x20, larger? Thank you.

Hi Dana, Thanks for your question! Our 18" and 20" pillows are the most popular sizes for our chairs and you can view examples of these pillows on different chairs in the Customer Photo Gallery on the pillow's product page. Thanks, Lana

I understand delivery is curbside, however, what materials are the pieces shipped in, i.e.. box, plastic/shrink wrap, etc.?

Hi Alison, Thank you for your question! Pillows will ship via UPS Ground and do not require curbside delivery. Products that do ship curbside are boxed and then palletized and shrink-wrapped to keep the product safe while in transit. Happy shopping! Lana

Does the lumbar pillow fit the Palm Coast Adirondack chair with hidden ottoman?

Hi Wendy, Great question! The POLYWOOD Lumbar Pillow can be used with a variety of chairs, including the Palm Coast Adirondack chair. Happy shopping! Thanks, Lana

The navy linen color looks purple on your website. Is it a navy blue?

Hi Wendy, Thank you for your inquiry! The Navy Linen fabric is a navy color. We have sample lumber and fabric swatch samples available to order on our website under the Get Inspired tab so you can get an up-close look at the color and texture of our materials. Happy shopping! Thanks, Lana

Hold this be used next to arm rest for Braxton sectional R or L end piece?

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your question. The Outdoor Lumbar Pillow is designed for back support. It will likely not stay in place on the end of a Braxton Deep Seating Unit as there is a gap in the armrest between the cushion and the arm. Thanks, Lana

Does the fabric have a topical stain treatment, flame retardant, or DWR treatment? Is it PFC free?

Hey Ashley, Thank you for reaching out to us about our cushions. For our cushions and pillows, we use Revolution Fabrics. Revolution Fabrics are Chemical free, Stain resistant, and bleach-cleanable along with water-resistant. Revolution Fabrics have been PFA-free for over 20 years. Thanks -Jason

Is this recommended for the Modern Adirondack chair?

Hi Cathy, the Outdoor Lumbar Pillow can be used with any of our POLYWOOD chairs. It can be used for that extra lumbar support, as well as a great way to add some color to your patio area. We currently have multiple fabric options, including some beautiful patterns that would add to any color chair. Thanks for asking, Mindy

will the lumbar pillow fit on the Nautical Adirondack rocker? also, what head pillow/bolster will work for this chair?

Hello Barbara, Thank you for your interest in our products. The head rest pillow that goes with our Nautical Adirondack Rocking Chair is our One Strap Headrest Pillow SKU XPWP0106. As for our lumbar pillow it is 22" wide and the rocker seat at it's widest is only 20.5" wide. I would suggest going with an 18" throw pillow instead. https://www.polywood.com/18-outdoor-throw-pillow-xup0145.html Best wishes, Heather

How well does your fabric hold up to the sun and heat? We live in the desert, where it can reach 110 degrees.

Hello Patty, Great question! Our quick-drying and durable cushions are covered in outdoor performance fabric so you can rest assured they’ll resist weather, salt, sun, mold, and mildew. We have a lot of happy customers in both Arizona and Texas. Thanks, Heather

do the cushions have zippers?

Hi Cynthia! The pillows do not have zippers. Thanks for asking, Brooke

Where are your cushions and pillows made?

Hi Linda! Thanks for reaching out with such a great question! I would highly suggest perusing the "Customer Reviews" section of each POLYWOOD rocker/rocking chair, you'll see several customer images that include lumbar pillows. All the best, Kaitlyn
