I’m concerned about delivery. Our house is 1/2 mile from gate. Packages left at gate are not secure from theft. We are out in the country and senior citizens. If we know delivery date, we can open gate. Will they deliver to house?

Hello Linda, Thank you for your question! The method of delivery of your furniture will be dependent on the order weight/size. If delivered by ground truck, the carrier will typically drop off the items in a well-known, safe location, but we cannot guarantee this will be your front door at your home. If delivered by freight (LTL) truck, then they will deliver the merchandise curbside at your property address on a pallet. If you are concerned about the packages being left at the roadside unattended, we do send tracking information with our shipment confirmations so you can monitor the progression of your shipment to your address. Typically the carrier will provide a delivery date and time-window so you can be at the property to receive the furniture on the day of the delivery. I hope this is helpful! Best regards, Oli
