We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

I was really frustrated with the fact that the company delivered two different chairs with the set of 8 chairs. the two chairs had a different sku, but were different, yet similar. The problem is we lucky we noticed, but upset that the process is a long one."
"We were so excited to receive our new patio dining set after waiting nearly a month for delivery, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, we discovered that one of the table planks—with the umbrella hole—was installed incorrectly, with the hole completely out of place. While Polywood has been responsive and is working on a replacement, it’s incredibly disappointing that something this obvious made it through quality control and was shipped to us. Given the investment we made in this table, we expected more attention to detail. Now, instead of enjoying our new set with family and friends over the holiday weekend, we’re left waiting yet again. We truly hope the replacement arrives soon and without issue, but this experience has definitely taken away some of the excitement."
"Once again, my Polywood order was delivered with a missing part. Two years ago, I ordered multiple items; table, chairs, rocking chairs, small tables. . The table had multiple issues. When they delivered the fourth table top. It was still incorrect. Holes were not in the right place and the legs could not go on. My son finally came drilled holes and put it together himself. When the delivery company pulled up on Tuesday to deliver the new table and chairs I told the gentleman of my past experience and that I was nervous. Sure enough he came to my door to tell me that a piece of the trestle leg was missing. The delivery company was not responsible so I had to call Polywood directly as I ordered it online. A very patient person took care of me, but I was not a satisfied customer. That was two days ago. I submitted my email with pictures and I still have not heard back from anyone on the missing part. When will it be delivered and when will someone be here to install it? I paid $500 for white glove delivery, not a white glove experience. When you spend over $5000 on a table and chairs you expect to have 100% perfection. I’m not sure what your inspection process is, but there’s obviously a flaw in it. As I told the person I spoke with I would be very reluctant to order from Hollywood again."
"Quality is terrible. Fresh out of the box and joint screws holding the table top together were drilled in so that the top of the screw torn up the top of the table. Screw damage is visible. Submitted a manufacturing warranty claim but have yet to hear back. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of response, especially considering how expensive."
"Overall, a great product some screws had to be tightened, which were loose. They should not have packed all six boxes in one parcel too heavy couldn’t move it. As result the table slightly damaged"
